Where is American Storage located?
We have three facilities with a variety of self-storage units in Helena and East Helena. Even if you don’t live in Helena, you’ll be able to reach us quickly from Townsend, and Helena Valley, or any other surrounding community.
What are your business hours?
We are available by phone from 8am – 8pm or please use this website to rent units or make payments.
Do you offer 24-hour access?
Yes, tenants can get access to our self-storage units any time they want to.
What is drive-up access?
Drive-up access is a useful feature that allows our customers to park directly in front of our self-storage units. Our drive aisles are wide enough to accommodate up to a 26’ U-Haul or similar moving van.
Do you offer vehicle storage?
We sure do! Our units can accommodate a variety of vehicles, including campers, boats, and trailers. This type of storage solution is useful if you’re planning on traveling for some time, for instance.
What’s the on-site security like?
We offer fenced and gated facilities with entry and exit keypad access, all-night lighting, cameras and random security patrols.
Can I pay my rent online?
Yes, you will be able to make payments and reserve self-storage units from anywhere with an internet connection. Tenants can also set up automatic withdrawals for an even easier renting experience.
