Do you have an onsite manager?
Our manager is centrally located between the facilities and can be reached by phone from 8am-8pm.
What are your business hours?
The facility may be accessed from 5am to 11pm daily.
Do you offer 24-hour gate access?
Please call if you have a special need for 24 hour access.
What is drive-up access?
Drive-up access is a useful feature that allows you to park directly in front of our self-storage units. Our drive aisles are wide enough to accommodate up to a 26’ moving van.
How do I organize my storage unit?
General guidelines for organizing include putting valuables in the back of the unit, stacking all your boxes and totes, then putting in your furniture. If you want to access everything, leave an aisle down the middle.
Do I need a climate control unit?
Unless you are storing fine art or musical instruments, not necessarily. If you are moving from a humid part of the country and storing fine furniture you should consider it.
What size storage unit do I need?
We have many different sizes available from small 5x10 for totes and seasonal items up to 12x30 units for 5-6 bedroom houses.
A good general guideline to start is that a 3-bedroom house or apartment will usuallly fill a 10x20 unit while a 2-bedroom house or apartment will usually fill a 10x15 unit.
If you have a lot of things that don't stack, get the next size up. And if you want to leave space to get to things, get the next size up.
Do you offer vehicle storage?
Yes we do offer indoor storage for vehicles, but no outdoor parking. Our units can accommodate a variety of car and truck sizes. We do not store RV's and campers.
How do I cancel my rental?
Just give management a 10-day notice, empty and sweep your unit, and let management know when you are out. Your account will be closed right away.
What’s the on-site security like?
We offer fenced and gated facilities with entry and exit keypad access, all-night lighting, cameras and random security patrols.
Is the facility clean?
Our locations are clean and tidy with excellent winter maintenance. We have an active rodent and insect prevention program to protect your belongings.
Can I access my unit in the winter?
Our facilities are plowed and maintained by local professionals and our 24hr lighting really helps on short winter days.
Can I pay my rent online?
Yes, you will be able to make payments and reserve self-storage units from anywhere with an internet connection. Tenants can also set up automatic withdrawals for an even easier renting experience.
Can I change to a different size unit?
Of course! Transfers are easy and don't cost anything. Contact management to arrange a transfer.
What can't I store?
Food, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, food, flammable or hazardous items, food, combustible items, or liquids.
