The manager is very involved in making sure the product offered is of the highest quality. This is not typical of storage places. Very good service.

These are by far the best storage facilities in Helena, if not Montana. Ease of access, easy to sign up, secure, and the the sites are clean. I’ve rented at the east helena and the north facilities and both were awesome. Tim who runs the the facilities is super awesome, always available and incredibly kind.

Had a storage unit here for a few months. Was an easy process to get the unit and end it when I was done. Tim is super nice and easy to work with. The property is nice. Location is convenient although I thought I was in the wrong spot the first time I went there LOL (I wasnt). They also just got a new front gate. 🙂 I highly recommended using them if you have any storage needs!

Tim is amazing to work with. I needed two very large storage units after I sold my home and he found us too right beside each other. It was so easy and effortless to work with him. My belongings were safe and secure because of their top-notch security. If I ever need another storage unit, I know who I’m calling.

Tim was on the spot helping us to get into a unit fast when another storage facility failed to have someone meet us. Within 30 mins we had our trailer full of my deployed sons stuff in a safe secure unit. Clean units, well lit, lots of cameras and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend and use again.
