Best storage unit experience ever! Tim is responsive, friendly and just genuinely kind. The units are clean and well maintained. Easy in and out. Security is high and safe. Not a lot of traffic and right off the main road. They even have an app now to get in so I don’t have to get out of the car. Great experience!

Tim is the best. I needed a storage unit prior to my deployment that had 24 hr security. He made sure I had one big enough to fit my truck by letting me try it before I rented. Any issues ; like forgetting your code or if you didn’t see that he received the payment he was available and fixed it. Secured storage unit clean and will maintain. I know where to go when I need a strove unit.

Tim, the owner, is great to deal with. I had several issues over the last 2 years and he was great... The unit itself was well-maintained, dry when everywhere in town flooded, and there was ample security. This included log-in entrance and exit as well as night time security and requiring everyone to upgrade to keyless entry. Highly recommend...

I'll never use any other storage company. I had a unit at the East storage location for a few months that was a great experience and recently got a new unit at a different location and it has been another easy experience. Tim is a fantastic manager and guy to work with. He remembered me from before. They have an online system that makes it easy to set up auto payments and everything is super safe and clean. I love that it's all lit up and fully gated at all times. It's more than 5 star service it's 100 star service.

Tim was on the spot helping us to get into a unit fast when another storage facility failed to have someone meet us. Within 30 mins we had our trailer full of my deployed sons stuff in a safe secure unit. Clean units, well lit, lots of cameras and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend and use again.
